They have been looking after my X3 for 4 years and I have always had excellent service. Today it went in to have a rattle that seemed to be coming from the glove box at certain speeds I'm delighted to say that Phil managed to find it - a loose commector on a fuel pipe in the engine compartment. I've brought my Mini on multiple  occasions now, and each time they've proven to be honest, trustworthy, and highly skilled. After initially going to the Mini main dealer who completely missed a thermostat housing issue these guys diagnosed and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Williams wanted to charge £160 quid to just diagnose a well known fault (ev mini cooper - charging flap open). Bmworks replaced the entire housing same day, for £106 . Lovely guys, very happy.

I was told by another independent garage that my mini required a new gearbox or clutch because of the smell it had after being driven recently By one of the driversand I went along to BM motor Works and one of the team there took a look ran some diagnostics and told me there was nothing wrong with the clutch that someone had probably been riding the clutch and it did not require any attention.to the car.  No charge. I was genuinely blown away by the professionalism service and helpfulness. I’ll be using them for all BMW and mini related issues And have no hesitation in recommending them.

Can't recommend these guys enough. After getting a ridiculous quote from bmw directly for a starter motor and new battery, I spoke to these guys who did a better job at a 3rd of the cost. They also fixed a loose parking sensor that I didn't ask about. Bmw also wanted to charge me £150 just to look at it. Excellent job, couldn't be happier!
